All deliveries for orders shipped to Hong Kong are free of charge if over $300HKD or $30HKD if less than that. International orders over $1000 are free or have a fixed rate of $150 HKD.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase (shipping costs excluded). You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions:
- Discounted items are final and can only be exchanged or refunded with a store credit.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- After confirmation with our team, arrange shipping of the product back to us. You may also bring it back to one of our branches in person.
- Refunds are made via the payment processing platform that was used (Stripe or Global Payments) and may take a few days to show up in your account. If you do not see your refund or have questions please email us at [email protected]
